Rapid CNC Machining
LEADRP acquired a large sets of CNC machining centers, CNC milling machines, and CNC turning machines(CNC lathe), CNC grinding machines and CNC EDM machines for your custom metal and plastic parts.
Rapid Sheet Metal Fabrication
Rapid sheet metal fabrication is a collection of processes for the fabrication of sheet metal parts. Sheet metal can be shaped, cut, and assembled in a variety of ways using various metal fabrication techniques, like bending, stamping, drawing, laser cutting and welding. LEADRP provides a wide range of sheet metal parts at a rapid speed, from small brackets and enclosures to very large metal parts.
Rapid Injection Moldling
LEADRP provides high-quality plastic injection molding, precision plastic injection mold manufacturing, plastics insert molding and plastic over-molding service. We are proud to offer rapid injection mold design, engineering, and low-volume manufacturing service for OEM customers.
Rapid Urethane Casting
Urethane casting is also called vacuum urethane casting and cold cast Urethane casting. It is a cost-effective alternative to injection molding and uses no heat, so it can be used for relatively small volume production runs. LEADRP has rich manufacturing experience in urethane casting and can offer silicone mold making service and rapid urethane casting service for our OEM customers.
Rapid 3D Printing
We utilize different 3D printing technologies to create 3D printed parts for clients, including metal and plastic parts. Our 3D printing services are ideal for producing prototypes and small batches of parts, without the need for tooling. Using these advanced technologies, we can deliver high-quality functional parts quickly and affordably. The low cost per unit also makes 3D printing ideal for creating concept models.
Rapid tooling (also known as bridge tooling or prototype tooling) is the process of using CNC machining to quickly create metal injection molding tooling. It is the first step toward rapid injection molding and involves creating a functional injection molding tool in a matter of hours to days, rather than months. Although rapid tooling is more expensive than 3D printing, it produces parts that are much closer to production-level quality, which can then be used for functional testing.

We accept 3D CAD files in STL, STP, STEP, OBJ IGS or IGES format and 2D drawings(jpg, png, gif, bmp, pdf) with dimensional details and specific manufacturing requirements.

Yes, master models are used to create silicone molds for vacuum casting and can be made from any rigid solid that can withstand heat up to 100 °C. Models used for CNC machining will be 3D scanned to create a CAD/CAM program for production.
Quality parts less than 1000pcs can be made in as fast as one week if you provide complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring other special features will take longer. As for shipping, most of our shipments are via air freight, which can take 5-7 days from China to Europe or North America.
